Do we have to access the Merchant Dashboard to verify the sales transaction?
Can the sales staff perform sales verification by using their dashboard user login? The Merchant Dashboard is only accessible by any users that is designated a Manager, Admin or Finance Manager role. A user designated as a Senior Staff or Staff role will only be able to access the App. We recommend that you assign another user to access the dashboard to verify the sales transaction (either Admin or Finance). With the Merchant Dashboard and App, all transactions undertaken will be in the transaction list. A report can also be generated for your back-office accounts to do reconciliation.

For any sales transaction successfully undertaken, can the customer cancel the payment at their end without our consent/prior knowledge?
No, if the transaction is already confirmed and successful, the only way for it to be reversed is for the merchant to request for a refund.

Where can I download the BEEP Plus+ app?
The BEEP Plus+ app is available for download through the Google Play Store (For Android Phones) or the Apple App Store (For iOS devices).

How long does it take for the settlement fund to be credited to our bank?
The settlement fund will be in Brunei Dollars and credited to your bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
